HOW TO READ OBJECT CODES
Every object in the CLEAVE OBJECT universe is assigned an Object Code that maps its place in the archive.
An Object Code shows what a thing is, how it is framed, what houses it, what it is about, and where it sits in the wider CLEAVE OBJECT system.
UNBRACKETED codes open the specific object.
BRACKETED segments open all objects sharing that attribute.
OBJECT [AT][AT]: Artifact Type.[BN][BN]: Binary Lens.[CT][CT]: Container Type.[NN][NN]: Container Number.[T###][T###]: Topic Code.[SS][SS]: Sequence / Page / Unit

Identifies the numbered vessel within a given [CT] container.
Examples:
[CT01].[NN01] = Zine Issue 001
[CT04].[NN01] = Website 001
[CT00].[NN00] = Standalone 000
[NN] does not mean the same thing by itself; it only makes sense in relation to [CT].

[SS] identifies sequence or position within the object.
Its meaning changes by container type:
[CT00] → Unit
[CT01] → Page
[CT02] → Item
[CT03] → Chapter
[CT04] → Page
Examples:
[SS00] = the object as a whole
[SS03] = page 03 / item 03 / unit 03, depending on [CT]
